2010 is at last, here. It seems like yesterday when 2009 began and now it's over, and it's time to forget the old and allow new things to enter our lives. Many things have happened, good and bad.. a few of the major things are..well..start with the bad. I could have done better for my results and regretted, but I'm gonna work harder and not be lazy anymore! Just 11 more months till I'm a free man! Then there's of course a few other stuff that I wished I could do. Good stuff, I got better as a guitarist! and I'm now on the guitarists list if needed for the zone!! An accomplishment that came with sacrifice, humility, passion and a servant's heart. Easy as it may seem, it wasn't an easy journey, but I always remember, that when I play, it's not to show off my skills, but it's for God, to praise and worship him! And I will enjoy myself whenever I'm playing, regardless of whoever that is leading. However, it won't be easy and some of you readers may know why, but I hope I'll be able to do it. Along the way, me as cgc, now turned into a helper. Again, as reluctant as I may be, I'm gonna fufill my calling. Why reluctant? Reasons that I can only share with some, unfortunately. On the material side, I finally got the phone that I really really wanted! BB!! Although it's not Bold, but I'm contented with Curve. It's good enough. Got an iMac too! Power of Apple is just too amazing! Many other stuff came my way too, learnt from mistakes, remembered the God Moments and relived past experiences. I just wanna thank a few people..
Krystle Ng!! well, what can I say? one of the best friends I could ever have! Thank you for being the one that I can share my burdens with. I'll never forget the times that we shared..the happy times, hilarious times and those times that I was there to hear you rant. Seeing you grow from that pig that didn't know much about church, who was always not happy, but now, a more mature pig serving God, joyful, cuter(*ahem*), although angry at times!! but it's okay!! hahaha! Glad to have you as a friend! :D

Isabel Lo!! Glad I caught up with you after 2 years since we last met!! You were the one that made me smile when I was at my lowest just a week ago? Btw..that picture is so unglam and hilarious can!! And it's on your blog template?! haha! And just to let you know, you were literally my msn chat buddy recently, if you didn't chat with me, my msn would be just plain boring. See you soon yeah! :D
To the two of you: Let's all work hard this coming year for everything that we do and get the results that we want!! Forget about the bad and sad moments of 2009 and let's move on!!

Willie!! What an honour it is to be serving God together with you, under your leadership and as the BEST CGL of CK Zone 2009!! I learnt alot and grew to be a more mature person although I already look mature enough for a 15-year old. *laughing* Thank you for always encouraging me and showing care and concern. Also for giving me the opportunity to play for events other than in cell group. By faith, I will get better and bring down stronger presence of God!! I will of course miss playing guitar as you lead P&W as the two cell groups begin to hold different meetings in the coming months! All the advice and the things you thought me to look out for while playing, I will always remember! Especially putting on a smile. As I began to smile, I felt that I could enjoy just playing what I love and leave the stress/anxiety of a new song or a difficult song. I also found out that I got better faster, and I could feel God's presence even stronger. Thank you for encouraging me to SMILE!! Once again, I will miss being in your cell group but I know the reasons why and I'll work my way to where I'm supposed to be. Thank you again for raising me up to be one of the helpers in the cell group, as someone to look up to to, to the new people, and to share the burdens of the cell group. Even Cheryl encouraged me to eventually be a CGL at 16, she said that I have that cell leader face, is it true? haha! Wishing you all the best in your studies, and the things that you are pursuing!! :D

This blog is somehow taking all my rants like nobody's business but who cares? a possibility i thought possible is now never possible. sounds cheam? wth. dun wanna give a crap abt it. guitar lessons have been going well except that i need a whole load of practice. went for leaders' meeting aft lesson, message was awesome!! i'll be thr every week if i can!! pst ck's messages nv fail to impact, inspire and encourage. today's message was on Righteousness, ours'? or God's? he brought this point which i thought was good: "if u're closer to pst, it does not mean u're more holy or of a higher profile," then on the train, mae told me that mark was bragging abt how close he is to pst ck. hmmm..can i tell him "u're closer, so?! big deal?! for the wrong reasons u're close la" and on the train we also talked abt some other stuff. hahah, dun wish to go into details. renovations are almost completed but the house is also turning into a place not even fit for humans to live in and i can't open the iMac cos i got no space to put!! roars!! pissed these few days..i can't get a new phone, room is filled with rubbish, dunno when everything will end. okay..tats it from me for now. manss..i shld have brought both my guitars then jermain wouldnt have broke a string and had to play without a plug in. next week, i'm gonna just bring my acoustic and use SOMA's guitar.

i'm back blogging. it's 12.51am and i'm still awake watching Pandemic. nice show. been hell of a week but hell went away as soon as it came. started my guitar lessons @ SOMA and i'm liking my lessons. after boring fret navigations, i'll be learning the fun stuff so i gotta work hard on my basics of the basics. got my Strat which i gotta live with it before i decide what to do with it at the end of next year when i get my American/Japanese Tele. muahahaha..a must have in every guitar collection. Ben, my guitar instructor's american deluxe tele is damn nice to look at but now way am i gonna afford that. anyway, guitar lessons aside. I'm a MM now and it was kinda unexpected as to why the promotion came so fast and so suddenly but it motivated me to serve more and get better. these few days haven been going well for me except that it's packed back-to-back with events and more events. no time to relax and especially with the workers doing renovations at 10 in the morning when i'm still sleeping. no choice but to live with it until next week, hopefully. later..gonna meet up with bel in the afternoon then going BS make-up. thurs, hell of a day, hope it goes smooth. can't bathe at home cus both toilets are not functional yet, probably going to safra to bathe then going to ymca. might be playing for P&W. it's been some time since i played in a larger than cell group scale. alrights..time to go to bed..sch in 5 hours. it's my 15th and i came here just to bring a bit of life to this blog. on the verge of abandonment cos i've been updating on fb rather than here. oh well..kinda lazy too. anw..brief update on wads up and wads not so up. past few weeks was a roller coaster, big highs and lows. can't rmb much but the sermons on Job lifted me up and i learnt that it was past of strengthening my walk with God. pst CK's meeting was an eye opener and i must say it's 1 of the best sermons i have heard him preached. impacted greatly!! and because of the message, i believe that i did my bio paper with the Jesus' Tribe with me. i can almost say i breezed through the paper and thank you syahrul of highlighting the important stuff i needa study for. hoping for the best results tmr. results aside, my week will be occupied by more practising on my guitar, both electirc and acoustic. thurs is gonna be my first lesson thr. gonna absorb the most out of it and quickly progress. not long after, i'll be back at Poh's hse to further train myself! tats just long term planning..but a tele is coming my way at the end of my O's!! tats for sure! recently, i've been seeing things which were always thr but i just didn't realise because i simply tagged along. but now, i feel that a change has come over me, i have no idea what that change is but i feel that i'm no longer the me from the past. better, stronger, and recently, everytime when i have my quiet time, God's presence just comes immediately. how great is that! being a helper is not easy? yes..it may seem to be a demanding task but with God i know all things are possible..if God has given me this opportunity, He will supply my needs to be the best i can be! okay..thats all for now..will be back when i'm free. but before i go, THANK YOU MY BELOVED CG FOR THE WALLET AND SHIRT!! seems like my blogger dock on W7 is not working..my post a few days ago wasn't posted. anw..here goes. been away for awhile..couple of things happened and well..hmm. didn't have cg on ytd but went for fellowship, food was good and everything..ended the night quite well..stress free. alrights..this thing kinda happened a week ago so yeah. a guitarist rang me up on thurs night at around 11-plus-12. kinda late to ring me up to ask for advice..and the fact that i'm not close to this person. so this person asked me for the keys he shld play in and how to play and stuff like tat. @ 11pm?! ur cell is the next day for God's sake!! anw..kinda pissed at the attitude but wth..i dun care. not my business. whahaha. wad i learnt in that few months under Brother Poh has really left a great impact in my life. not just the skills of playing guitar but just the simple discipline of Christian life. he once told us that when he is preparing a new song, he would spent countless hours trying to get the song perfect before he would play it or dun play at all. me n the other 2 guys were awe-struck at the short sharing before he ended the lesson. he also shared on wad makes a great guitarist. this i'm not gonna say. SECRET!!! exams are ending in 2 weeks and i'm off to SOMA!! yesa!! mee first electric coming my way!! woohoo!!

i'm back to blogger!! tumblr wasn't nice to me. wahaha. anw..thurs, this i gotta say. ms ong, me chem teacher, wanted to talk to me cos a few of my teachers realised that i've been falling asleep in class lately but i haven't done so in chem!! heheh..biased? wadever. instead of talking in the classroom, went to the library, then she asked the question.."so wad happened?" i said nothing though but i did tell her smth. can't say it here but felt better after talking to her. hahaha..and i left wit her saying smth cheeky and hilarious. wad do u expect, she's only 20 something..then today..got pissed by a bastard tat told me tat thr was no remedial on thurs and i got sent for in-house!! wth..and that mdm tai didn't even care wad happened! i was not at the classroom lah! how i know! but i made a choice to heck care and focus on wad's gonna happen aft sch!! DO zone 1st combined meeting!! my experience playing with stephen was great, picked up a few pointers too. n i guess he being thr playing with me took the nervousness away as i was standing on stage to play! stage presence, the million $$ smile, position and all that. but i got through!! somebody say Praise the Lord!! although i was lost for a moment during 2nd worship i think but nth major. i thot i played better than i thought i would and the chords tat stephen insisted i play which i really dun like playing, kind of improved my skills as i played throughout the night! we both got quite a number of comments saying that P&W was awesome and even as i played praise, i felt God's presence filling the room already! Daniel then shared abt John 15. impacted greatly. he commented abt this point where when u are serving the Kingdom of God, the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy rite? so it makes sense when u decide to follow God fully, the devil will do and make all kinds of obstacles to stop your way into the Kingdom. eg, flooding ur mind abt leaving church, lack of recognition, down times, etc. but if we do the right thing - pray and push on, God's love is sufficient enuf to keep the devil away from wad God has install for u. and then he shared on a couple more points and ended with a time of ministry. if i had not been playing, i would cmf go down! God was just so real tonight! then aft the whole meeting ended, daniel came to me n stephen and asked us to put down our guitars cos he wanted to pray for us. then he joked saying that we wun fall 1 la. anw, even as he put his arm around my shoulder, my legs started to become jelly for awhile alr. it's jus God. "let them not have jus the skill, but have your anointing that will flow through them". aft tat packed up..ate at khatib, something happened and it's disturbing me big time. gotta wait till sun to clarify. okayy, it's 2am alr and i've been awake for 21 hours alr. tired. Nights readers! Bye!

tis will be my last post b4 i move on to Tumblr. anw..lappie crashed few days back so didnt update and now it's running W7. so cool!! i was praying a few days ago..then somehow God showed me 2 ppl and compared them,
person A:
-successful
-contented
-attached, healthy relationships
-prays, reads the Bible
-faithful to ministry
-puts in 100% everytime
-always thr when u need them
-knows what the right and wrong things are

person B:
-struggling
-not contented, although has $
-uses his problems to gain sympathy

so..wads the bigg diff apart from those above?? simple. A has the Word of God in their mind, soul n heart. why? the Word of God is essientially just God in words. A could be earning lesser than B in his/her job and has to support himself but he does not complain, while B, although earning more, is not faithful towards God in his/her finances. so i've found out tat the Word of God is ever so important aft the messages i heard by Pst. Tan n willie, during Leader's Meeting and multiplication cell. i've also been thinking, wad r the odds of person B influencing a young Christian tat is starting to mature and rise up...very likely possible. when tat happens, may God bless person B.

recently, a few of us had been discussing abt the standard of cg now as compared to Derrick's days. how good if we were to bring the standard then back to now. honestly, i feel that i'm also not up to standard recently. and i'm gonna raise the standard! hahaha. just fri, the meeting was good, but a few ppl had to spoil the whole atmosphere. 5.30pm, u were at commonwealth, u were supposed to reach at 5.45pm, tiong bahru, n the reply i got was indescribable. pissed for a while then. P&W, i kinda enjoyed it although the sound wasn't coming out well..but somehow, somebody didn't. anw, enuf ranting and the standard will hopefully go back to how it was aft multiplication when ppl start to rise up to the occasion. last but not least...HAPPY HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY, GUOWEI!!! HOPE U LIKE THE SHIRT!!

hey peeps, i'm back from wad i thought was a disgusting night whr i found out tat thr are so many saddistic ppl in Cambodia and the countries around it. omg!! they actually torture animals for food!! dun wanna talk abt tat..make me wanna puke! mum's cousin also brought his wife to be(from Cambodia..met ar work) i honestly thought tat she was not tat pretty although everybody..n i mean EVERYBODY says so. then when i told mum, she went on blabbering rubbish..saying tat i was biased! (if u know wad i'm talking abt) but for me..the person she compared to beats mum's cousin's wife to be HANDS DOWN!! FACE FLAT TO THE GROUND!! WAHAHAHA!!! anw..went to Helping Hand to look for Happie. tat was the only reason why i tagged along if not i would be sleeping at home due to boredom! wahahaha. but Happie wasn't thr!! my sis cried. Rofl. then uncle chia, the CEO thr said tat he took Happie home cos he injured his paws. not used to the rough roads, too pampered at home!! anw..Happie's still walking with a slight limp but it's much better than before.not as active but still crazy over food and his toys!

last night in my big big room and last day seeing Happie at home causing all that trouble and the house is so quiet now without his loud breathing and his crazy barking for attention. it's so weird not having him around :( . but at least i know tat there are ppl that are dog lovers that are taking care of him at The Helping Hand. a special shoutout to Anthony who was so patient wit him when Happie got out of the car and handled him so well!! looking forward to mon..gonna go see how he's doing. anybody wan follow?? it's just not right at home when it's all so quiet and there's no furry thing lazing abt in the house and trying to grab anything he thinks is edible...Happie will be missed. bye.

back from somehow an enjoyable time @ the studio. kinda like the gear they hav thr although i didnt manage to get the tone i wanted but anyway...recorded but god and beautiful. vid up on fb soon. 2 hrs is not a long time and time jus flew without us even realising. aft tat went dinner at kfc wit gw then trained home. the whole train journey we were talking abt cg and stuff. so many things are not going rite and i cant bear to see the problems worsen. arghh..stress!!! help?! gotta find one day and straighten out every problem..but the question tats running through my mind is tat is thr really a problem?? or its jus personal preference towards others?? next wk is multiplication cell alr. if this goes on..dun even wanna think abt it.

today's svc was super good!! pst phil's message was impacting and easy to understand..simple jokes and revelation. next 2 wks are gonna be power packed and i'm gonna be busy. tues..jamming. fri..moving hse. nxt whole wk..preparing for multiplication. God!! it's up to u to make all this a huge success!! gonna pray more even when i dun feel like it! aft svc, went for NXGEN luncheon by pst..a big thank you to him!! he paid for everything as an appreciation for our support to NXGEN. super good food!!! the lunch marks the end of the course and i learnt a lot and a lot of open doors opened up for me as a guitarist..if not for NXGEN..i wun be playing at a zone level and learn stuff jermain and co, i wun be doing sound, i wun know the leaders who are so fun n funny and of cos the lessons learnt. ytd outing @ marina barrage was so-so. hickups here n thr but generally it was okay. willie evaluate and i also agree with him tat the standard in cg dropped quite a bit..a few times, willie himself had to pour water for himself, me n yq cos no one bought bottled water. so nxt wk's meeting is gonna get better. no more sub-standard meetings!!!! n it would be the last. 11/9..multiplication @ Riverwalk. W52-something. but cg is gonna be held in the north..so the W=west is whr?? hahahah..oh well.

jus woke up from a somewhat a 6hr sleep as i stayed through DO zone's 1ST!!! OPM. didn't expect to stay and didn't regret a single thing. thank God for mum and dad that they came to pick me up at 3am!!!! in the morning. hu the heck will do tat?!?! last minute i played and it went pretty well except that i was a bit stuck during praise..tat was my first time looking at those chords!! but i think i managed it quite well. a few wrong chords here n thr. DO also said i improved a lot from the previous time he heard me. backtrack...so aft sch i flew home then flew to look for Max and Krystle then flew over to Riverwalk. so i was literally flying everywhere but thank God the sun was not thr. haha.

not the best of days but it was all right. except tat a few things made me sad, pissed, annoyed and frustrated. oh well..wth. dun give a damn alr. hahaha. sec 1 investiture was quite a success and i was stressed out the moment i reached the hall when i saw them everywhere..i mean they shld be at 1 place only rite. anw..gathered them..attire check..n went through wad they needa do. last minute plan changes but i got them covered. thanks doug for covering for me while i was half naked??? backstage..joshua needed my long pants for his blazer. hahaahaha. so anw..everything went quite well. pics another day..lazy to upload. finally..today had sometime for a movie! watched Where Got Ghost? with Krystle. i thot it was quite meaningful at the end. trademark of CHC and Jack Neo. wahahaha. anw..the past 2 wks had been kinda shitty. dun wanna elaborate..wanna know..ask me personally..damnn..it's so fake. to myself: u..tis stupid guy..for wad the hell r u thinking so much?! u have been a sucker since....er..u know la. man..u're killing yourself day aft day. and even better will come ur way so forget the past!!

started aft i showered in the morning, i didn't feel rite alr. if i didn't go to sch, my parents would be like "u n ur excuses again". so wth..i went to sch..thinking it was jus me in the morning..n nth to worry abt. reached sch..damn..this was all whr it started..felt feverish during e maths n then a bad headache came then i started to shiver a bit then my stomach went into pain overdrive. no idea why..its not those diarrhoea kind of pain but it may be gastric but i did drink milo i the morning. anw..the whole thing lasted throughout the day and i still had to stayback for sec 1 investiture meeting cos i'll be taking over the whole event on that day. went to see doc and he was so cold la..so serious 1. haha. said that i got a fever + throat inflammation (tat explains my sore throat) + body aches (hell yeah!) + cough & flu. i got 2 days to recover and if i dun..OMG!! but by Your stripes I AM HEALED and i am not going back to the clinic!!!!! wahahaa..man..kinda lost rite now...tats all and i'm gonna sleeeep until noon tmr. haven done tat in quite a while. anyone dares disturb me by coming in to my room will get it for sure. wahahaa..and i will only entertain smses and calls by 2 ppl. hahahaha.

today was kinda of a sucky day in sch..2 teachers walked out of class furious..during english..someone went to do physics SPA assignment and got caught by ms. chan and she was boiling, spent the last 5mins lecturing abt how english is very important!! then during maths..was kind of pissed also by 2 assholes!! lesson was jus aft recess and boss aaron met us for 5mins which ate into the lesson..thankfully, ms ng haven started on anything..then 5mins later..when she was abt to start, the 2 jokers came in..but were asked to stay outside. then they argued y the coucillors tat came in late didnt have to stand outside..tat made ms. ng even more mad!! so, we, councillors all went out lo..bloody hell!!! wth...u guys were even later la..no one ask us go out also. spent the last 10mins lecturing the 2 jokers..and the pathetic councillors stood thr like idiots..doing nth wrong. lol. aft tat, went home, bathe, changed and out i went with a pig. my god..CA looks COOL!!! and the location is so just right!!! saw some ppl..omg..such an honour!!! pics of bdays celebrated on wed n thurs, not gonna upload much, rest at FB................

Alright K..here's ur update. Finally, end of a pretty long day, PE took out almost everything..completely shack aft Mr. Jong's training, maybe because of the rain + tiredness..supposed to accompany TZH to Sony Ericsson to repair his hp but was too tired. Instead, went to yew tee subway, slacked wit K. Flashback to monday..b4 Geog, a few of us tried locking Kenny in the inner rm of the temp. classroom/dance studio. Aft Kenny was pushed in, nobody was touching anything and the funny thing was there is this thing called a HANDLE right?? Kenny being the no brainer..accidently locked himself in and was clueless how to get out..and also being the super violent 1..kicked the hinge until it somehow spoiled..he could hav just turn the handle right?? So he had to climb out from the opening that the wall did not cover. Unfortunately..knocked down 1 of the false ceilings and the whole drama was caught on camera by the few of us..Ms. Chee had to come and save Kenny. Funny drama. Hmmm..God has been GOOD!! After looking back at the past weeks or so..I've realised that my life has somehow been taken up to another level. I finally got Ed Hardy shirts, 2 in fact. Got a stable allowance. long awaited iPod. Learning the ropes in sound ministry, I won't be thr for long though. Once my holiday starts, I'll be at SOMA, my official guitar lessons, thanks Dad. and many many more things...tats it..off to zzzzzzzzzzz..

back from youth camp. CODERED II..didnt get much out of it except the food being delivered to the ppl @ naomi hall and sleeping in the hall too..aircon!! day 2..max joker..bring tat group wan go in naomi hall..u wait long long la..haha..lol. except for 2 ppl la...haha. no ppl inside i also wun let u in la..see shenhong inside zhao liao..lol..anw..was behind the sound console for the whole of camp..learnt alot from shenhong, torrance and co..man..not easy..and carrying the church console is an even greater task..takes 4 to make it feel light..but for the 2 moves i had...only got shenhong. 2 ppl move up and down 1 storey enough to kill...midas venice 100. really weighs 100kg? no pics though...wasnt taking part in the events..disclaimer at the start of the camp..WYZ zone made us wait 1 hr plus b4 we can go in and the whole rm had this unbearable strench!!! OMG!!! did they ever bathe?? Dev was our hero to the heat and the long wait..only he could go in and ask them to rush the meeting. came back home...slept for a good 17hrs..woohoo!! too much slp now makes me sleepy..gonna slp alr..svc tmr. bye.

crappy day..start from morning. i recently realised i've been waking up at 6 instead of the usual 5.40..lazy. reached sch at 7.10..around thr..went to admin office..asked hu doing pledge and command..no single person ans..freaking fed-up..thn i assigned..thn wad was worse is that 2 persons i asked didnt wan to do..scared ar?? the most only 1300 ppl looking at u only wad..call urself a councillor. flag also..nobody wan to do until 1st bell i got to ask mini-boss harith come help me assign. rushing to get my tie and the flag..asked zihao to help me hook up flag. thank you!! but kenny of all ppl..went to hook the sch flag and didnt check for knot up thr then wad happen...mr justin(Dcom) had to come and raise for him(not mentioning names)..like so diu lian can..saw the look on P&VPs' face..not good..big boss aaron had to come and whack the whole group..now u ppl know u r councillors for a reason..not thr shake leg..ask u do thing dun wan do..quite a number also ke kiang..no duty..come crowd at admin office then me n zihao kena holy moly..2nd time in the year for too many ppl. i hope tmr's ppl will get better, if not wait until aaron gives me n zihao authority..hohoho..dunno wad will happen. anw..guess there's only a few committed ppl who would step up to any occasion..OZH,TZH, hidayah, kenny(although sometimes late), jaycelyn, farah, shidah and 1 or 2 others. every thurs always ends well..even with all the disappointments..bio spa!! most relaxed and ms judith always talks to us abt random topics.haha..also wanna thank her for sponsering $5 for the councillors' tee the 8 of us got to wear on the funfair/10th yr celebration. end of wit some pics... dug tis out from my memory card..happie on my maths homework.

back again...aft 2 days of life sucking by children church but it was rather enjoyable..dunno y..my itenery for the past 2 days..fri: woke up, 7am, expected myself to find it hard to find that student care centre which i had to bus down to JW. but i ended up finding the place in 10 mins..half an hour early..sat at a bench and did my admin which was supposedly...to be done on bus so i could "slack" a bit la..happily eating my waffle also...9.45..went in and looked for supervisor, supervisor not in..wth..then somemore got to wait for another teacher from the centre to follow them on bus..my bus came alr leh...felt bad got to let the uncle wait..can't blame the centre though..aiwei gave me a call on wed saying tat i got to pickup woodlands child care also..guess the sembawang centre not informed starting earlier..return rather okay..so kind of the uncle, guide the kids down the bus somemore and dropped me off at mrt..thank God it was on the way. cab-ed home from marsiling..reached home, wash up, print some chords, grab guit and chiong cg..got to cab down again...thank God again i still got time to eat. today: woke up freakishly early..argh..6.20am i was up alr..but todays bus was more enjoyable, i guess when i serve wit someone more fun..can talk..reached pasir ris at abt 8.50? around there. joanne called, went to meet her at taxi stand, then irene(not from n237, in case u r wondering) came. suppose to help joanne but the bus can squueze so i went over to irene's side. MINI-BUS?!?!?! hellooo..x'mas leh!! so halfway, irene got to go back to pasir ris to continue the rest of the bus then to expo while i went there 1st. return...helped joanne, finally irene's big bus came wit her helper? i tink. finished bus then went white sands ate. joanne was starving? haha...so went to manhatten fish market..$17 bye bye..talking n eating at the same time..a while later irene and amos came to join us..we finished our fish and chips, stayed there a while and then joanne wanted to buy a gift for one of the kid so me n irene followed, while amos went home to change..i should have brought a shirt to change...i looked extremely cui for svc...then..went to expo tgt..tats my 2 tiring days..wun be goin svc tmr..but i'll be there for lunch..irene was also sharing wit us abt her job offer..very ridiculous...1.6k basic..only 200 transport..not even enough to go meet clients la..then in the 6 mths of the contract if under perform and kena sacked..she got to compensate 3k..wth!? minus cpf left like 1.3,4..around there..then..talked abt me...cos on bus i told joanne i wun be serving CCH anymore or not so often..CG ministry..then they were all like "so talented..no wonder they want u in cg..can play guitar, trained under the 1 and only brother Poh, blessed by CCH, now giving back...dun go leh, CCH nd my type of ppl" so i was like thinking of jus serving somemore, wun hurt me if i serve jus a few hrs on sat. last words: enjoyed myself, hope to have tis kind of ppl serving wit me :) krystle: i got starbucks voucher alr, when u wan? lol.

i'm back aft sooo long. anyway, back from chalet, celebrating belated 14th b'day. pics below. had alot of fun but ran a fever that night. wth. thank God its night! mus be bbq food for 2 days(nights) straight. aft checkout, went BK for b'fast, mum n dad treat. talked abt the new guy(wait..its boy) in cg, maturity-nth to say, then willie asked me to see if isabel they all can stay in their current cg. looks like they can. and i still owe bel icecream. lol. holidays started but i'm bored, reali got nth to do, haha. iPod delayed. and A&B is coming, gonna sow my washburn starter into it. EXAMS R OVER !!!. yea. Got 2 days rest, no dnt paper. Went peni send yq’s guit to hospital, but closed till 8th. Shopped around for elec guit package and t-shrts..met up with jolynn,agnes,da jingting, con’t shopping at raffles city n finally home. Saw washburn starter $300. OMG!! Jus now, yq called me to see soft, $250, peavey starter, so tempting!! 9pm..buyer came gave price but still considering,praying n praying tat he will come bac tmr and a new place in yew tee or cck area, so its goodbye 3 storeys, walking up staircases, and my dog!!!!! Sad la..gotta send him bac. It was a good 2-3 yrs. Tats all..aft exam..shack!

super long time i since came to blogger.com. been mugging the past many days...i seriously nd to buck up on my studies. today...had 2 tests which of the subjects i didn't even know wad it is talking abt cos i missed holiday remedials...crap..and my last minute go thru...well...paid off. i knew how to do the 2 tests. woohoo...praise God...my maths hav been sucky since tis year...wth...maybe becos sitting beside shaun made the negative difference. shit...and i can't concentrate properly cos he is making stupid comments abt wad the teachers are teaching...grr...irritating...and he is always blocking my view of the whiteboard...tink tat is sufficient enuf to tell wad kind of person he is. aft sch, went straight home, bathed, changed, went to meet jol to do songsheet thn blablabla..tmr...gonna skip training n goin to suntec wit yq to look for -- bday present. so tats about it..will try to post more aft EOY.

woohoo...looong time haven post alr..lazy to type blogger.com. lol. anyway...just wanna talk abt my life so far...loads of downs n whrs the ups?? 2 wks bac went long beach seafood celebrate jolynn's b'day..her dad treated the cg to a $--- dinner...had like 3 crabs..OMG. paiseh at first but oh well...we had to eat, so we happily tucked in after a while. there was also wine..white. shared a few glasses wit gw. my face wasn't red..unimaginably. ytd also went to eat crab with grandma n aunt..shiok!! thn went up to her hse for donuts n mango..yea!! dunno when i'm gonna buy somemore donuts from DF or J.CO. common test...didn't do very well, failed 2 subs..math n chinese..did't hav time to finish n for the latter...CMI la..expected..all i can do is practice more n hope 4 the best. cg on fri my 2nd breakthrough as a guitarist for cg..played worship n got pretty gd comments from eugene n zongyuan. jus gotta improve on free worship part..went to both expo svcs n found tat sun was totally packed...didn't think ppl would wake up so early. today as usual..during art i found tat i actually had submitted 1 piece..wow..n now i nd to work on another 5...tats all..post again when i hav time.

oh no..blog rotting..anyway changed skin n finally got photoshop up n running! but my stupid k850i spoil! again! now i cant hear anything whn taking calls..wth. sending for repair whn i got time. Service was great!! praise n worship was the best yet..jessle(sorry..dun noe how reali spell) did a solo part..OMG!! so shuai la..maybe i can do wad he did..finger-tapping n using his tongue to "pick the strings". woohoo!! the bassists also did a solo part. still got style de wor..see if i can find the svc recording, i'll put it up..sermon also quite good..pst. very funny la..dun wanna go deep into it but it was abt u n ur life la..basically..started playing for cgm..i must say for now nrevous is my best friend..so far i'm playing only praise, waiting 4 a chance to take on worship, but i thank God for giving me this chance n rising me up..let no one despise your youth!! i still rmb the 1st time i played..my pick flew, very slippery..combined with doro somemore..1st time mah...very nervous. ytd went for children church new workers' tea straight after svc n pst. eileen layed hands..woohoo...this yr i dunno how many ppl lay hands on me alr sia...got my cert for completing MIC. n i was challenged to 1 day play for childrens church..of cos start small at expo svcs. post more pics whn i have them..of derrick's bday.

update on youth camp!! finally got time. more pics will be uploaded in the nxt few days. Highlights of the 3 days.

DAY 1 : met jolynn thn went to yishun to meet agnes eat mac 1st. tat will be our last 'good' meal for the nxt 3 days. thn waited for sharry n irene to come thn go pres high. while waiting for registration to start, played gw's guitar for awhile. after registering, went up to seminar for camp briefing. I'm in ROCK2, actually it's all the members of elite2be a.k.a derrick's, willie's n doro's. n ROCK stands for Relying On Christ our King. woohoo!! next..telematch..went around playing diff sorts of games n got water bomb somemore. got wet. haha. sessions with pst. CK. lay hands. lights out 2.45 a.m. woke up at 6. only got 3 hrs of slp.

DAY 2 : morning devotion followed by sports. thn evangelistic meetings. 1st one was for secondary level thn tertiary. sonia sang. video below. after tat got buffet..thx to doro..if not we no food liao. wanted to ton..but derrick come chase us n some other ppl to our bunks..big kee liang also..wah..damn fierce la. high ranking guy in the army.

DAY 3 : morning devotion thn session wit pst. he layed hands on mentors thn mentors layed hands on us. fell twice. 1st was a i dunno hu brother. thn yong qiang!! finale n home sweet home.

start with camp...overall comments, tiring but fun. a bit too little food n it seriousy sux (no offense), eating that for 4 days!! omg!! its worser thn NS food. wad u expect anyway..camp..its a basic leadership camp..so u learn leadership. i'm already a YL so grp leader. stress. got the hang of it aft day 1 but didnt manage to get to go for workshop..wadever, rather stay home thn be in sch for 1 night. can play my taka(tats my guit), got happie(my dog) to play with also. day 1: i knew the whole plan quite early..frm sch, the bus drove to somewhere near bt panjang area which was not even near DFAC(dairy farm aventure centre). frm there, got to checkpoint 1...bt timah hill, the summit..omg!! thn frm there to campsite..total, abt 5-6 km with everything we needed for the 4D3N...including 2 1.5l bottles filled!! whn we got to camp, outdoor cooking..thn talk talk talk, bed. day 2: leadership talk followed by NYAA talk, main highlights, dun wanna type too much..day 3: high elements...abseiling...challenge ropes...rock wall..a bit boring...campfire night..my group did cheers thn crank that dance thn cheer again n finish. my other performance was for YLs. we did a song n done..time constrain..day 4: b'fast thn home!! yea!! but on the bus, whn we all got our hp n wallets bac..i didnt get my hp..OMG!! sure not?? kk..thn bac at sch..found tat quite alot of ppl hp also missing...found in other buses bag whr all the items are kept or their name stickers dropped off n landed in mr joe's item bag..so tats camp..bs on wed..on our way bac, agnes keep on joking thn the ppl standing in front of us wan laugh dun wan laugh like tat..damn paiseh..haha..got 1 still laughing alr...its the whole row of ppl!! omg..kk..tats all..post again sometime nxt wk..

woots! long..long..long..long time haven post alr..lol..was busy, anyway, got alot of oics to upload, will do tat later, tues celebrated march yq, jh n ari's bday..kinda chaotic? yea..n the sabo was smelly whipping cream..it was suppose to be the 1 in a can..which is SWEET..anyway..went to zhen fa steamboat..freaking worth the money..although it was $18.90. they shifted to novena alr in case some of you dun noe..the marina area is used for the IR. wads inside zhen fa? crab, prawn, SCALLOP, squid, n alot of meat..cant remember how much meat the whole table had..quite nice la..now to the presents..yongqiang!! u owe me 1!! the ed hardy u got was picked buy me n myself..required approval of those who went also..haha..anyway..i was the 1st to wear ur shirt..haha..n i was lyk THE onli person the salespersons recognised? cos i have been to SKIN n ED HARDY the past few weekends..dad wanted some shirts. thn they recommended some designs to us n finally we got 1..pic uploaded

woohoo...bac again...let's start wit wed...reunion dinner...had it at jumbo seafood..where's the crab..OMG..didn't have it..but got shark fin good enough wor..supposedly it was at jumbo riverside point aunt susan told us it was at riverwalk (miscom.), so we asked the staff there if we had any reservations..they said no..k..thn we called aunt susan again..now she told us the right place..whn we got there...the manager asked us to go back to riverwalk!! OMG!! coz there was no resevation under the name 'lai' but whn we saw the list..it was actually under my dad's name..again miscom...aft tat..walked abit to take 960 home..its good to live near buses tat can take u to town..so convenient.lol..thurs..went to grandma(mum's side) hse go bai nian..i want my ang pao nia...thn went to uncle's hse for dinner..oso take ang pao nia..got abalone wor..2 cans..OMG!! both were gifts...unbelievable? believe it!! ppl are getting rich nowadays..friday..same thing every yr..went to da yi ma hse..(compicated family tree..dunno how to call ppl)..went there for lunch? yea..watched just follow law too...for the laughs..haha..tats jus abt all..disclaimer:..if i had a freaking camera hp now..i would have been snapping away!! but i gotta freaking wait till april!! grr..ytd..went to willie's hse bai nian..n his mum is good de wor..still give us ang pao..quite alot of ppl go leh...watched the house n hitman too on dvd la..derh..thn went to yishun gv to watch ah long ptd ltd..funny wor..n mark lee with his malaysian slang..haha..so funny wor..think i got influenced too..anyway..went home at around 11..tried dad's suan pan zi..ahem ahem..it tasted good though..had a shandy(0.5% alcohol only..so kids..pls try..) to go wit it. studied abit thn went to slp..hahas..now posting b4 i go to church..later going to sing a love song? no..pls dun..coz today is a special svc for married couples..OMG!!

woohoo!! lol..came back from appreciation cg..quite fun luh..i tink me n jin cai screwed up on the moving part..haix..food..so so onli lo, but...edible..doesn't coz stomach ache..can alr la..went there by bus n............i was lyk half n hour early!!!! mum told me the ride would take 1 n a half hr...thn go central walk walk waste time...dance item by xing, sonia(did i spell correctly?), joe n ronald so the funny..halfway ronald take a rotten banana n pretend to be singing thn the other 3 dance so funny!! lol..thn special performance by nat..eugene n irene..very the powerful eugene has done it again on his guitar..irene on the piano sounded great..nat singing...erm...better than me!! haha...supposed to be a electric guitar playing..go where liao? anyway..it sounded great on the acoustic...kk..tats all for now..bb

hmm...k..past few days was rather boring, haas. ytd..went to stagmont to play bball wit yongyi play until 9 lyk tat thn we chatted abt *** things thn he went home thn i oso went home lor..thn chatted wit verlin thn went 4 lunch...at night...played guitar awhile thn chatted wit her while doing devotion till abt 11 plus ba...thn tis morning chatted wit her again thn went 4 lunch at yew tee..supposed to go training thn jojo n gw called me ask me go play guitar since gw helping me to tune..stayed there till 630 thn eat dinner wit gw thn went home..n now still chatting...finally learned 1 song..heart of worship but still got alot of improvement to be made!

YO!! back frm BREAKAWAY CAMP!! it was awesome!! the messages preached were reali able to impact our lives, especially in the world today, 1 was on time travel...he showed us a clip frm 'click' n asked us to think abt wad were some of the moments in our lives we could change if we could travel back in time, the clip shows tis guy, too engrossed in his work n even neglecting his father as he comes into his office n even scolded him, imagine ur father jus asking u to slp early or take a bath frm a tiring day n u say things like later la or y everytime call me so early bathe, how will he feel? he is jus concerned 4 u. as the problem worsens, ur relationship weakens, leading to probably, rebellion? cursing? thn u regret wad u had done n can't forgive urself becos of wad u did, solution? lift the problems up to God. He's the onli way. camp was fun overall, met new ppl, enjoyed myself n most of all, felt the power of God. during the camp, i reali felt tat the presence was jus so great. missed home though..slept onli 2 hrs a night, hard floor la...1 more thing pastor chee kiang encourages all believers to do is to devote some time to read the Word..here r some of the ways he shared: 1. signs (+, -,) beside verses. 2. online. 3. summarising. now, devotion is not jus plain staring at a book and reading blindly..guess tats all..bb

bac in blogging..sat..morning went to meet guowei go print songsheet, i reached marsiling so early dunno do wad there, wait n wait, thn finally he come. we go chong pang print thn went to coffe shop buy drinks n bee hoon 4 refreshment thn went to willie hse. printed songsheet wrongly(crap!), got the title wrong..aft cg, took a quick drink thn left to do return n11, reached just in time..got down at admiralty followed her, huiwen n vanni go mac eat ice-cream thn i call guo wei come down(wanted to send her home...sadded), aft they left, we went to causeway see guitar n com stuff, planning to buy razor stuff..1st svc bac at jurong was just GREAT, so packed n onli 1500 moved but the hall was so so so packed n ppl gotta even sit on steps. aft svc went to roof garden for FREE donuts frm Donut Factory, thn went to pizza hut celebrate sis b'day, n now i'm bac home, bored, reali wan to talk to her..miss her voice..alrights, got nth to say alr..

so tired..training was tough!! aft some games, gotta do 330 lay-up in 15 mins..C boy standard..failed by 1 on right n 5 on left, did right again failed by 2, at least the birthday guy(coach) let us off, if not we gotta do over n over again. aft tat do set thn go home. injured my right knee n left arm...haiz..hurting lyk siao..reached home, took a bath, went out again to meet willie n the rest, so tired nearly fell asleep..gotta do up 1st proposal 4 BBQ by 9 dec wit gw, sj n yx.

training ytd was rather ok, b4 tat got friendly wit northland sec, no offence but seriously all their faces very wan to die.hahas. so its our C boys against their B boys n we won, yea..71-49. during the match their coach damn funny!! scold until so loud n FUNNY!! came home, thn went 4 cg, a relatively short 1, i tink. went to eat thn came home, slept at 1 plus,hahas. later got pm..may not be goin coz i gotta wake up early tml do bus...tats all..
